Was damaged upon delivery, called the same day to request replacement but was told I had to wait to be contacted by the "back office" for this. Two weeks later, I've followed up twice and keep being told to wait for the back office. Absolutely horrible experience with this purchase.

Sam's customer service is a disaster.

Ordered online with home delivery, arrived in excellent condition, in one very large heavy box that was rolled into my garage. Set was almost fully assembled except for the table, which was easy to assemble with one included allen wrench. (A lot of thought must have gone into how to get all of the pieces into that box)  We are very pleased with our purchase.
