Be patient with the packaging, there’s lots of it to protect the furniture.. once you set it up it’s beautiful, comfortable and sturdy.. got 7 years out of my last lower quality set, expecting at least 10 years from this one

Great patio set

We got this set in a huge box and everything was packaged nicely. Set up was super easy. It looks like a nice set but I will say it's much more of a taupe gray tone than the tan look in the picture. Couch is definitely comfortable for napping!

Nice set

This patio set is absolutely beautiful and great quality for the price! I purchased a set from Wayfair last spring for the same price that was awful. Ended up selling it for half the price I paid. Highly recommend this set!!

Great seating set

Was damaged upon delivery, called the same day to request replacement but was told I had to wait to be contacted by the "back office" for this. Two weeks later, I've followed up twice and keep being told to wait for the back office. Absolutely horrible experience with this purchase.

Sam's customer service is a disaster.

Looks terrific on our deck. Great couch for an afternoon summer nap or spot to read. Easy assembly (table was most complex and took 10 minutes). Love that the cushions are so thick and made with sunbrella. I already cleaned them once from the dirty dog paw prints, I do wish they had zippers though. Also bought a huge deck box (230 gallon) for cushion storage. The cushions and pillows just fit inside the deck box.
