This set is high quality outdoor wicker & the cushions are the best I have seen. Well packaged and very little assembly.

Everything went well, from ordering to delivery. Even though there was a lot of cardboard to dispose of.

Perfect for my setting !

Was damaged upon delivery, called the same day to request replacement but was told I had to wait to be contacted by the "back office" for this. Two weeks later, I've followed up twice and keep being told to wait for the back office. Absolutely horrible experience with this purchase.

Sam's customer service is a disaster.

This is a beautiful, sturdy and well crafted patio set. Assembly was minimal and took two adults less than an hour to put together. We are very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Our screened in porch measures 11’ x14’ and it fits perfectly with plenty of walk around room. Our only complaint is that we had to pay an extra $200.00 to have the set shipped to our home. As Sam’s Club members and with the set being a Sam’s Club product (Member’s Mark), we would have appreciated the set be shipped to our local Sam’s Club for pick up by us at no additional charge.
