What a great purchase. Love it. High quality, Sunbrella cushions. One box, 200lbs. All was well packaged and protected. Swivel gliders are a game changer, so comfy, and already fully assembled. Sofa also comfy. 3 bolts for sofa, 12 bolts for table. All easy. Due to weather was delivered in garage. Only tough part was getting sofa to patio by myself cause I didn’t want to wait for help. But it’s doable. Try to get delivered to your patio if possible. Love this set and the service from Sam’s Club was awesome. Delivery was great and on time they had scheduled. We purchased this in store in Jacksonville, FL. The swivel chairs are slanted and misaligned. This causes the chairs to not line up and spin easily in the wrong direction. I contacted Coronado casuals(The Manufacturer as instructed) since April and still no new parts. I keep getting the run around about supply chain, logistics etc, This must be the cheapest Sunbrella fabric on the market. Stains very easily and does not wipe off well.

I absolutely love this set. Looked at all the others and decided on this one. The delivery was done so professional and it all came in one box. Very little assembly required. The color is exactly as the picture and the seats are so comfortable... very soft Sunbrella material.

I love this furniture so much. I cannot wait to go home and sit on my back porch everyday. The cushions are very comfortable and looks elegant! I am 6ft and the couch is big enough for me to lay down on it! The decor pillows are awesome. The only complaint I have is 1. The delivery company is a joke, they called me when they were 30 minutes out but their rap music was so loud I could hardly hear what he was saying. 2.I expected everything to Already be put together (from what I read) you do have to put together the couch and table but the chairs are already assembled. I didn’t even have to use a screwdriver. Anyone can put this thing together. I recommend this product to everyone!!

Purchased this today from my local Sam’s store and I am so pleased with this set. I was worried that it would be an ordeal or put together but was pleasantly surprised that it was almost fully assembled. It only requires three bolts to put into the sofa and fully assemble the table. It was painless and looks beautiful. We live in our outdoor area and I am looking forward to entertaining guests and lounging this summer.

I bought this over a month ago and was very happy with the product. This is a nice set with the cushions full and fluffy. I was concerned that this set may look 'cheap' due to the affordable price, but that is not the case. My only complaint is with the delivery company, which is what gives this product a four star rating. A call was made to my cell phone by the delivery company and I was given a delivery date. I had not received a call the day before giving the four hour delivery window as promised, so I called the delivery company the evening before at 8 p.m. I was told that my delivery was changed to the end of the week. I was upset because I had taken off of work for this and no one notified me. I placed several calls over the next few days trying to get in contact with a supervisor, to no avail. So for the rescheduled delivery, I made sure to call the day before and morning of to ensure the delivery date and time were the same. I was told I would receive a call from the truck driver thirty minutes prior to them arriving to my house. The day of delivery, the time window that I was told was coming to an end, so I called the company again to let them know that I had not heard from the drivers. They sent out a call, and a delivery driver called me to let me know they were ten minutes away. The product was good, the delivery service was not.

I purchased this set based on reviews and I"m glad I did. I bought online & it was delivered 7 days later! Everything came in one HUGE box and the only thing that had to be assembled was the table, and that was a breeze. The couch is super comfortable, it has more of a straight back, but the cushions are quite comfortable. LOVE the swivel rocker chairs and the gray is a nice neutral color which looks great with my navy blue/white trim house. So nice to have the covers with the set, they fit great and will keep out weather. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this without sitting in it, but so glad I did. Buy now so you can enjoy warmer weather when it gets here :)

I ordered thus set on May 31st and after 2 1/2 hours on the phone with samsclub.com a box arrived on July 1st with two large fork lift holes in the side. The set could be beautiful but instead I received a couch with a bent frame that does not sit level and 4 out of 5 back cushions that are crushed and would need to be re stuffed in order to keep. The finish on the table is also coming off in several spots. Even the shipper told us it was obviously damaged but they couldn't take it back. Dealing with samsclub.com has been a true test of patience as calls go on in excess of 45 minutes as you are constantly put on hold. Still fighting it out. Attention sams club, puck this up and get my new set to me in 2 weejs, as I have already waited 5!

My wife and I bought this furniture online, because our local store did not have the color we wanted. It arrived faster than expected and was delivered and set up right where we wanted it!! It was easy to assemble, and set up pretty quick...we have it set up in our outdoor pavilion near our pool. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I am 6'1' and can stretch out on the sofa and watch TV. Great outdoor set!!!

I ordered this set online at Sams.com because I couldn't purchase in the store after purchasing the matching table and chairs even though this set was on display at the local Sam's. After the second set came damaged I gave up and just kept it. The damage was not done by the shipping company but was already damaged when it was packed. I would not recommend ordering this online as its to heavy to even handle by yourself. Additionally Sam's Club has been absolutely horrible at NOT resolving the issue. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and 60 days later it is still not resolved. BAD MARKS for Sams.com. Will order from other online stores going forward. At least they stand behind you!
