First, we’re happy with the product. It’s nice quality, comfortable, and met our expectations for the price. The reason for 1 star is the because, like others, the product was damaged in shipping. Someone ran a forklift through the bottom and damaged the sofa. The process for resolving sucked and was a complete hassle. Sams shipped a whole new set yet required us to completely unpack the new box, replace the sofa, and repack the box with the damaged sofa along with the rest of the pieces. Basically a life size Jenga puzzle with heavy furniture. It took 2+ hours to get it all back in so it could ship. On top of that, we had to take time off work to receive the replacement and ship the return. We weren’t responsible for the problem, but the burden and inconvenience was placed on the customer. I’m very disappointed with how Sams handled this. We’ll be taking our weekly shopping business elsewhere.

We purchased this in store in Jacksonville, FL. The swivel chairs are slanted and misaligned. This causes the chairs to not line up and spin easily in the wrong direction. I contacted Coronado casuals(The Manufacturer as instructed) since April and still no new parts. I keep getting the run around about supply chain, logistics etc, This must be the cheapest Sunbrella fabric on the market. Stains very easily and does not wipe off well.

My wife and I bought this furniture online, because our local store did not have the color we wanted. It arrived faster than expected and was delivered and set up right where we wanted it!! It was easy to assemble, and set up pretty quick...we have it set up in our outdoor pavilion near our pool. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I am 6'1' and can stretch out on the sofa and watch TV. Great outdoor set!!!

I purchased this set based on reviews and I"m glad I did. I bought online & it was delivered 7 days later! Everything came in one HUGE box and the only thing that had to be assembled was the table, and that was a breeze. The couch is super comfortable, it has more of a straight back, but the cushions are quite comfortable. LOVE the swivel rocker chairs and the gray is a nice neutral color which looks great with my navy blue/white trim house. So nice to have the covers with the set, they fit great and will keep out weather. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this without sitting in it, but so glad I did. Buy now so you can enjoy warmer weather when it gets here :)

As other reviews have mentioned this is a very comfortable, attractive, and durable patio set. However, we have encountered a problem where a red, rusty fluid seems to be draining out of the inner, hollow frame of the rocker chairs. This has ruined our outdoor carpet and stained the deck. The problem continues to persist as it occurs after every rain.

Super pleased with this set. Was a little nervous to buy without seeing it first but we had good luck with our last patio deep seating set from Sam's which lasted 20+ years. I chose this set because I liked the colors and also the reviews indicated the set was comfortable and there wasn't much assembly needed. It did not disappoint. It arrived all in one huge box and was a little beat up but luckily no issues. Everything was packed extremely well. The cushions are very comfortable. The chairs swivel and rock as described. The covers fit beautifully. The only assembly needed was 3 screws on the couch and putting the legs on the table. The chairs were completely put together. No complaints!!

I bought this over a month ago and was very happy with the product. This is a nice set with the cushions full and fluffy. I was concerned that this set may look 'cheap' due to the affordable price, but that is not the case. My only complaint is with the delivery company, which is what gives this product a four star rating. A call was made to my cell phone by the delivery company and I was given a delivery date. I had not received a call the day before giving the four hour delivery window as promised, so I called the delivery company the evening before at 8 p.m. I was told that my delivery was changed to the end of the week. I was upset because I had taken off of work for this and no one notified me. I placed several calls over the next few days trying to get in contact with a supervisor, to no avail. So for the rescheduled delivery, I made sure to call the day before and morning of to ensure the delivery date and time were the same. I was told I would receive a call from the truck driver thirty minutes prior to them arriving to my house. The day of delivery, the time window that I was told was coming to an end, so I called the company again to let them know that I had not heard from the drivers. They sent out a call, and a delivery driver called me to let me know they were ten minutes away. The product was good, the delivery service was not.

Purchased this today from my local Sam’s store and I am so pleased with this set. I was worried that it would be an ordeal or put together but was pleasantly surprised that it was almost fully assembled. It only requires three bolts to put into the sofa and fully assemble the table. It was painless and looks beautiful. We live in our outdoor area and I am looking forward to entertaining guests and lounging this summer.

What a great purchase. Love it. High quality, Sunbrella cushions. One box, 200lbs. All was well packaged and protected. Swivel gliders are a game changer, so comfy, and already fully assembled. Sofa also comfy. 3 bolts for sofa, 12 bolts for table. All easy. Due to weather was delivered in garage. Only tough part was getting sofa to patio by myself cause I didn’t want to wait for help. But it’s doable. Try to get delivered to your patio if possible. Love this set and the service from Sam’s Club was awesome. Delivery was great and on time they had scheduled. I absolutely love this set. Looked at all the others and decided on this one. The delivery was done so professional and it all came in one box. Very little assembly required. The color is exactly as the picture and the seats are so comfortable... very soft Sunbrella material.
