The actual set is great. Love the quality, comfort and color.
Now the bad news, the delivery service, Mersk, is awful. Was told online delivery would be around 5 pm, actually delivered at 10:00 am.  
The giant box was left in our driveway, in the rain. The driver did not bother to even go to the front door to advise he was there. Have a Ring doorbell and never detected anyone.
No call either. 
When I noticed it was delivered had to go out in the rain, cut open the box and take everything out and put in garage.
Mersk said driver didn't notice anyone home. Hard to tell when you don't even try to find out. Very disappointed.

Our order delivered sooner than promised.  The box arrived undamaged.  The assembly was super easy.  The furniture is very comfortable.  We love it!!

Perfect.  Arrived early, easy to put together.  Cushion colors darker than the website, but that's fine with us.

Super nice chairs, the cushions are deep and comfortable, the sofa seats three comfortably.  The table is also well constructed.

Like the set, except one chair was damaged.  Complained to Sam’s, but have yet to resolve the matter.

Bought this set a few weeks ago and absolutely love it!! Great quality and the price was good. Really comfortable and perfect for our back deck!! So happy with it all!!!

Was damaged upon delivery, called the same day to request replacement but was told I had to wait to be contacted by the "back office" for this. Two weeks later, I've followed up twice and keep being told to wait for the back office. Absolutely horrible experience with this purchase.

Sam's customer service is a disaster.

I looked at hundreds of sets online before discovering this one. One of the things that makes this such a great value is that the chairs are swivel gliders. ( don’t be confused thinking swivel rockers are the same thing) They typically run $500-600 when bought individually and very few sets have the glider feature and not in this price range. Cushions and accent pillows are brand-name Sunbrella fabric. And finally there was very little to assemble. The couch only needed three bolts, the chairs were totally assembled and the coffee table went together in about five minutes.   The box is enormous and weighs about  200 pounds if I recall correctly. I tipped the delivery guy to get him to bring it around my backyard. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase!
