This is a great looking coat and very warm! I got the black coat and it is very nice looking, has quilted lining with a fur collar. I gave it to my daughter who lives in upstate NY and she will definitely enjoy the warmth of the coat especially in the snow! It would be perfect for skiing, it has pockets to keep gloves & hats in or anything else you need!

I recieved this just in time for the colder weather. I am so surprised how nice it is. I wore it to dinner and it kept me warm and it didnt feel to heavy. I have a winter coat that is bulky so i dont wear it much however this one is lightweight yet it kept me warm. I like the navy color also. It has an inside pocket which i prefer to store my cell phone in it.

The Free Country Ladies Thermo stretch soft shell ski jacket is a great coat! I like the larger side pockets and the upper pocket for your phone. The back of the jacket is longer to cover your tush. It also has inside snaps to keep the jacket from riding up! The jacket also has a nice permanently attached hood.It also should be easy to keep clean. The color is great!

I love this coat! I haven't skied in years, but bought it for winter wear. I've had it for about a month and it's been wonderful and warm. The cuffs don't let air in, but are loose enough to be comfortable, not making marks. The collar is fake fur and feels very soft. The teal slate is pretty. The entire coat looks sharp.

I had been looking for a "wipe clean" winter jacket to wear when playing outside with my dog - she gets muddy paws! This jacket was recommended by friends, and they were right! I read all the on-line reviews too, and find that this is the jacket I needed! Great price, easy to clean... no inside pocket like I'm used to but the outside breast pocket works for me, and the zippered side pockets are roomy. I ordered a large so that I could layer underneath the jacket, so I'd say it fits true to size.

This seems to be a very high quality (and very warm!) coat!! I haven’t had it long enough to be positive of the quality, but the warmth is definitely amazing! It does seem to run large in my opinion. I normally buy a 2xl but the xl is plenty large enough. I walk my dog for many miles daily year round and winter is no exception. I’m always toasty warm in this coat. The whole coat is lined with fleece, including the pockets!! And the extra pocket on the chest comes in handy for tissues or lip balm or any small items you want to carry. If you want a thick, warm coat at an amazing price, this is it!!

Great jacket. Warm and comfortable. Wear a size 10-12 and medium fits perfect.

Love this jacket. Zips up high for neck warmth, knit cuffs to keep wrists warm. The horses’ hay slides right off of the fabric - PERFECT!

This ski coat is absolutely perfect! Super warm, has a tapered cut so you can bend at the waste and the "tail "still keeps you covered. The reinforced zipper pocket on the chest is perfect to keep those valuables close at hand. This thing also has an adjustable waste band inside. This keeps the snow and cold out and keeps the jacket in place. However there is a downsize. A 5'10 female this coat is gonna be a little short. Perfect for the less elevated. It is snug, so of you prefer loose jacket, size up one. Other that, really looking forward to hitting the bad weather with it.

This coat is very cute. I haven't worn it yet because I ordered a smaller size to see if it fits better. I have another Free Country coat in a large and it's a bit tight. That's why I was looking for another coat. I bought this one in an XL and it seems to be a little too big, mainly in the sleeves. Not sure how warm it will be for skiing since I haven't worn it yet, but regardless it's a good looking coat.
