I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY, and if you do you will be very happy with how it goes together very well. I did have a few questions along the way and I called the 800 number any got someone right away and they were very helpful. Very happy with the Gazebo!

I ordered this and had it shipped to me because it was so heavy. It took 2-3 people to put it together over the course of a few days. Not the easiest to put together but everything is great quality, it's sturdy and looks great, use it almost everyday, put it outside our patio to cover grill.

This gazebo requires at least 2 people to put together—and more people to attach the roof. Overall it is an attractive structure and is very solid. It is a good kit and worth the money

We bought this gazebo last summer and it made it through a Wisconsin winter with no problems. Added some lights and a ceiling fan and it is our favorite spot to hang out. Assembly was a bit of a project and required 2 people but it was no more than expected given the size and weight of the gazebo. All pieces were accounted for and it went together quickly. I have no doubt this gazebo is going to last us years. I can't wait to finish the deck and railings in the same beautiful dark walnut stain, which is fairly easy to match.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this gazebo assembled in a few weeks as it was a weekend project. The most difficult part to the assembly was getting the roof up. Prepare to have 3 people assist, because we were unable to do it with 2. Otherwise, assembly was pretty straight forward and it went together well. The gazebo is great in the summer. We installed a sun shade for those sunny evenings and you can sit under the gazebo almost any time of the day. The material is sturdy and well made. We are thinking about purchasing another one to use for the BBQ area.

We bought our 16 x12 gazebo last spring. The installer showed up promptly and had the job done including clean up by 6pm the same day. We have had quite a few gatherings and everyone has been amazed with the look, quality and price of this product. And I love the fact that no Wisconsin weather can ever blow this to the ground like the last two home improvement store gazebos we purchased. We just had this installed today and are extremely happy with it! I'm glad we paid for assembly as it comes in so many pieces. The entire process was so good - notifications about delivery dates and setting up the installation date. The installers were incredible and did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend (in the Los Angeles area - can't speak about installers elsewhere).

We had a EF2 tornado come thru and it stood up to it. We had it anchored to a concrete patio and the only damage it has is a few dents in metal roof and one side has a dents and gouges from flying debris. Our house needs a new roof (even though the roof was only one year old from flying debris) and new siding. This is very sturdy and beautiful.

We bought this and recommend getting the install as they did a great job and it looks just like the picture! Wonderful! Was missing a couple parts and the installer made sure to order and said let them know when they are there and they would come back and add the parts. Can tell you how well everything went and we love or gazebo!!!! Sent a picture to our friend and he bought one too and had installed. He loves his too!

Follow the assembly instructions and you will be fine. We are really happy with the outcome. We live in a windy area and haven’t had any issues. Very sturdy
