The Windmill Airconditioner (6,000 BTU) is the best design I've ever seen. Truly a thing of beauty. The packaging provided for installation was also the best. The company thought of everything to provide for an aesthetic installation especially the added side insulation. The unit is quiet and works efficiently. Every convenience you can think of both App and Voice-enabled.

It is absolutely all those great things that other reviewers described: beautiful aesthetically, easy to set up, very quiet & it cools our bedroom so that we can once again have a comfortable & good night's sleep!! Oh, & one more thing: the unit arrived expeditiously once I had placed my order & I did receive several updates on the status/delivery. The app automations just don't work at all about 1% of the time. It works great until it just... totally ignores the rules that were set. Just now I encountered a new problem, the app wouldn't communicate with the unit at all. I tried to manually set it to fan mode because the automation didn't work, and the app insisted it changed to fan mode, but the ac unit itself was still in cool mode. The ac itself works fine but I'm very angry about the spaghetti code app.

There is a lot to like about this ac. First off it has an original and modern looking design. I really like the app, you can control the temperature and make schedule changes, it works very well with the ac, but I do wish they had voice control via google or some other assistant and I wish they only used one app instead of two. The installation was easy, and everything is pre installed which is a plus. I do wish they had a video guide to go along with the book instructions, but the book instructions are still really good and simple enough to understand. The ac cools and circulates air really well, and I like that it doesn’t blow air into your face. The ac is somewhat quiet but I wish it was even more quiet like around 40 decibels. I also wish that they could use more environmentally friendly packaging if possible instead of styrofoam. And I just love the little details they put into the ac like the magnetic filter tray removal, carbon filters, the clean side panels, and the way the LED light turns off to not disturb sleep at night! Overall this is a really high quality, well thought out ac unit!!

Took the plunge and came across this modern AC after reviewing different models. It’s far quieter than the conventional older traditional air conditioners and I love that I can use the app or Alexa to turn it on & off. I will say, I did have to get someone to install the triangular outlet but the wait was worth it! Very happy with my purchase.

I am sure the AC is great. I've only had it in a few days and not operating it yet. Weather's not hot. However, there's a serious flaw in your mounting instructions. Please refer to my last two emails to your help team. I've not yet heard back from them, even though on previous resolvable matters I heard immediately.

I was honestly nervous to get the Windmill air conditioner because it was so pretty that I assumed it wouldn’t also work so well, but it DOES! It’s quiet, has a gorgeous display, discreet and even stylish in the window (which it fit super easily, the instructions were so simple), and of course keeps our place the perfect temperature. Huge upgrade for our apartment, definitely recommend.

This AC is amazing. I got two for my home and could not be happier. The sleek design makes it not an eye sore like a normal AC. It was so easy to instal and felt as if it was custom built for my windows. Nice cold air and super quiet. WI-FI and app capabilities are awesome!

This was my first time purchasing and installing a window AC unit, and installing this unit was so easy! I love the way the unit looks, and the Wi-Fi was pretty easy to set up as well. My only complaint is that there was not enough insulation provided, and even though it's annoying to purchase additional insulation, it's easy enough to find. I'd highly recommend this AC unit.

We ordered the The Windmill AC - 6K BTU Original. We have a small bedroom, with small windows. This AC fit perfectly. We love that it can be controled by our phones to set automations or to change temp. It’s so easy to use. And it’s quiet, very quiet. Love it.
