Couch ok; Delivery service is TERRIBLE

The couch is okay, but the delivery service was just TERRIBLE. I stayed home two days from work because the couch was supposed to be delivered - never came. No help from an actual person - just chat. No one ever emails back. The phone service is not helpful either. I tried to cancel the order - it seems no one knew where it was. A month and a half later, the couch was finally delivered.

A stunner in person

I bought this with the expectation that it would be meh! but I am so pleasantly surprised. It definitely beat my expectation and honestly looks like a dupe for something from West Elm. It is a little firm in its seating but the modern, clean asthethic is perfect!

I regret buying Abbyson fniture from Sam's Club

Sams Club does not honor its guarantee I returned a furniture set months ago expecting to use the return credit to pay for this one. It's been about 5 months and all I get are excuses but no refund. I am so sorry I bought this sofa as some of my Abbyson products hold up and some do not

Inexpensive. Looks nice.

I purchased this sofa about 5 years ago. It looks nice but it is the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever owned. The leather does show some wear on the seat.
