I was worried about battery life, but it's amazing...I can go a few days without charging and then ~45 minute charge gets it back to full battery. I also love that they're continuously making updates or adding new features!

I think it’s been life changing, especially for sleep tracking and overall wellness with the convenience of wearing nothing. After the patch that I wore experimentally few years back, this is my second product from Ultrahuman and super happy.

At the moment of the purchase, I was constantly having troubles with my sleep and it has been really useful to be able to see the stages of each night. I also really loved the other features, especially the dynamic recovery and the advices it comes with. The only downside I found is that there are differences between my watch and ring inthe movement scores, but nothing too massive. The battery life had change over time, now it is shorter, but I also know that I had it for quite some time. I also love how there are all sort of updates, both in the app and the firmware and how you can see that the developers really care about their products. I would really recommend it

The information provided is actionable, which is something not found with wearables I've tried in the past. It's helping me build better eating and sleeping habits and I strive to get 90s when I can. The ultra human age is something I've been working to improve and also a feature I haven't seen on my wife's Oura ring. It's been great to see my brain age get younger with better sleep habits. The additional features such as breath work have been fun to use when I do my red light/IR therapy sessions. It's become my constant companion and I have only ever taken it off for charging (the battery life is outstanding). The alarm clock that syncs with my sleep cycles is also a neat feature. Overall, very happy with my purchase. At first thought I was making a mistake of owning both an Apple Watch and the ring, but they each have their uses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Ultrahuman Air after considerable research. I don’t like wearing a watch/wristband and I wanted something to track my health. The good: it is lightweight and the battery lasts forever. The tracking that it does is consistent and the data seems good (although it’s hard to verify). I have used the data to pinpoint problems with my sleep that I can address. The bad: it really only tracks movement, heart rate, and sleep phase. Everything else is derived from these. I would love to expect to have more data. O2 saturation, EKG, galvanic skin response, etc. The amount of data and insights are disappointing.
