Since then, I’ve worn it continuously while taking great care to avoid exposure to harsh products, including removing it for showers and workouts. Despite this, I’m surprised by how much the gold color has faded and the usage is seen - with 8 months of usage it’s more than I expected. That said, I really love the product overall and appreciate the valuable insights it provides, along with the regular updates and new features.

Tracking 'activity' and 'workouts' is limited; setting up a workout only tracks heart rate & gobbles up battery, whilst logging backdated activity isn't giving me any data at all anymore, I don't know if there is something wrong with my ring? It often struggles to sync and the battery doesn't last more than 2 days. I would love the dev team to take this on board and make improvements. Also, the gold has colour dulled and scratched within a few months despite claiming to be waterproof etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring 13 Month ago, and sadly the first versions I received had some problems. On the first one after 2 Month all sensors stopped working but Ring was still charged. On the second and the third ring the epoxy got weak after 4 Month and pieces of epoxy fell out where upon the ring either stopped working fully or took a day to charge and half an hour to discharge. The forth ring I received now 3 Month ago and sofar so good, Epoxy still normal, sensors work fine and battery all ok. All broken rings replaced under warranty without discussion. As for its functions, it is just great, I use it the most to track my sleep and heartrate, but also tracking sports is easy. What I like the most is that you do not notice wearing it, due to its weight, same or lighter then other "normal" rings.

It's very interesting to watch how what I do in the day affects my sleep that night, from the HR drop to sleep cycles and the length of each phase. Very helpful and interesting, definitely don't regret buying.

I didn’t realise the impact improving my sleep would have on my well- being. I thought I was getting “good enough sleep” but with the help of UH I have made adjustments such as sleeping earlier, eating earlier, reducing stimulants towards the end of the day. My step count has more than doubled as the feedback encourages me to stay mobile. I am now going to get a walking pad to keep me progressing when autumn arrives. The silver ring looks great. The battery is about 4 days, which is good. The charging tone is amazing at only 30 minutes. No on going subscription, so great value overall.

I do have an Apple Watch as well but find that I can easily sleep with the ring on and do not notice it at all. The health data it collects is extremely accurate especially for sleep! I have been able to make some changes to my night time routine based on suggestions from the app and have improved my sleep. The battery is great and holds up well, I often only charge it when I shower and have never gotten a low battery alert. I can wear it for the entire weekend without charging it which is nice if on vacation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is that I found the gold to scratch very easily. Although you can’t tell until you close it’s unfortunate as only a couple months old.

The data is presented in a clear manner and gives some assistance on improvement when necessary. My only negative is the battery. Initially, the battery was lasting a out 5 days between charges. Recently, it has been an every other day requirement. This isn't a major problem and become just another routine activity to plan in my day/evening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ring. Bought it maybe 4-5 months ago and it has been great for tracking my sleep and helping me stay on top of my move goals. I would recommend it to everyone. Something I’d love for it to develop would be a more comprehensive cycle tracker for women that allows me to track more symptoms and changes in the week that would effect my cycle. However, as it stands the ring has been immensely helpful to me and tuning my recovery.
