The data provided is very insightful, but I'm still working through understanding it and how I can change lifestyle to make improvements. I like that there's no subscription needed to access the data.

I have been using this and comparing with readings from my apple watch. They don't always agree and I can't be certain which is more accurate. I have found that the Ultra Age and the Cardio Age fluctuate quite a bit and are never really in agreement with each other. I do like using the ring to track heart rate during workouts. But, other than that, I haven't been able to use it for much else.

I love the sleep feature and the period tracker as it is more accurate that my existing app I had. I have started taking it more seriously how and when I am sleeping to improve my sleep score.

I bought my ring 3 months ago and the feature I use the most is tracking my sleep and temperature. Thanks to Ultraring I have better knowledge what affects my sleeping and I have been able to get much better night time rest. Feature that needs improving in my opinion is movement tracking.

I would like the app to be more user friendly with calendars of workouts, periods, etc so I can easily see trends. I also would like the app to explain what each section means. The battery works well but I do need to charge it everyday.

I was introduced the previous month to Oura ring by friends, but opted to buy Ultrahuman as it is just what I was looking for. It gives me pointers to have restful sleep (which is the reason I bought it in the first place) but I now find other features to be immensely useful. The ring is a versatile alternative to to bulky watches and I love the idea that my ring is constantly evolving with new features

I am now having problems with the battery of the ring and hard time connecting the ring to the app. I am in the process of troubleshooting with the app. So hopefully in the next two days the ring experience improves.
