I can see the ring is responsive to what is going on in my life. When I exercise consistently my cardio age is lower than when I have fallen out of the exercise habit. There are actionable things I can do such as ending my caffeine intake before a certain time so it doesn't affect my sleep. I do wish it recognizes parent mode for those who have young kids because I can't sleep earlier. It doesn't track my afternoon naps sometimes.

I really love the detailed cardio and sleep pattern information which makes it easy to make sure that I am not over training.

The features that the ring has are really interesting to see and the app does a good job explaining all the different stats. I really appreciate that all the features are free and you can add new ones based on what you want to see. My only complaint is that if you run the ring on turbo mode (to see your stress levels) the charge only lasts a little over 24 hours.
