[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this model last month and continue to praise it's roominess and features. It was obviously designed by a woman. The fact it does not have a water and ice dispenser in the front gives it so much more room to store and place items where they can be seen and reached.

My LG is exactly 2 yrs old. The Compressor went out 2 weeks ago. And since it was under a 5 yr warranty, not just anyone could repair it. So we had to wait a few days to get a Certified LG Repairman out but he was able to replace Compressor and get it back up and running again. We are very disappointed since we recommended LG to 2 of our neighbors and both went out and bought the same refrig. Now they question their decision.

It has room for everything and the top shelves in the door fold up so you can put taller items in the door with no problem. The freezer also has plenty of room with the top slide out drawer. It also has a digital readout of the actual temp you set the fridge and freezer to so you can put a thermometer in there and see if it is properly cooling to the temp you have it set to. The smart diagnosis is a cool feature that gives you the ability to run a diagnostic without having to go to the CPU on the back of the fridge. If you just want a basic fridge with plenty of room, this is a great option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was as advertised. Lots of room, convenient self heights, door space separators and quiet. Looks nice and the exterior service is pretty much finger print free. Installation was simple. This is a non-compensated review.

After 1.5 years, the unit sounded like it was running but no cooling or freezing happening. Died on Dec 13th, today is Jan 21, 2023. Still no repair or buy-back as the R600 cooling system requires LG tech which do not exist in our area. LG closed out the ticket so we are back to square one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my new Refrigerator, it’s big and it gets very cold. I never thought I’d like a bottom freezer, I’m a old school mom, but it’s awesome. I don’t put pots in fridge but, to give u an idea of shelf space I thought it would help.

I called LG and went through several easy steps to diagnose it and for the customer service rep agree with me that it is the compressor. This was a very quick process and a technician was scheduled about 4 days later. The technician Wahid Aleko came to my house and was very professional and interactive with my son who had some interest in what was happening. Wahid was fantastic and I am very appreciative for his time. We have had no problems since! Thank you Wahid and LG customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my larger cubic ft. 2 door refrigerator/bottom freezer with this smaller, one door, bottom freezer. I checked Consumer's Report but also learned I didn't want a 2 door, or a ice maker on a door. This refrigerator is smaller but I can store more inside without the separation in the middle for a 2 door. This refrigerator has nice strong wide shelves and door shelves. I had to replace another brand's refrigerator in less than 4 years due to door shelves and inside shelves made of thin inferior quality. The shelves bent, and 3 door shelves broke into pieces or cracked. More than enough ice is made in the freezer ice bin. This refrigerator is reliable, energy efficient and I expect it to servie us well.
