[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first 18 months, the refrigerator worked just fine. Now for the last two weeks, it has not functioned at all. It needed a compressor and both evaporators. This is very concerning that the major components of this refrigerator literally died. We have been using two ice chests to maintain our meats at a cool level. Buying bags of ice every two days. We replaced the 15-year-old General Electric Refridgerator for the LG because it was highly recommended by the consumer report magazine. Clearly our miistake.

We purchased this fridge on October 1st. And I am completely obsessed with the size of the fridge! Coming from a side-by-side there is no comparison. I’ll never go back! My only complaint is the top drawer in the freezer constantly puts a frost on everything in it. I could do without that mess. But I do love the rest!

My previous side by side was always so congested and made it an effort to find anything. I’ve only had it a short time but really enjoying it so far. Great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so happy to get our new fridge but shortly after purchasing it started humming and buzzing so loudly that we had to unplug it for a while. The service center is a joke. Finally, we got someone in to determine it is defective. Waiting for a replacement. Nothing but trouble. The repair guy said these units don't last very long 3-5 years. Our last one lasted years.

My wife and I are so happy that we bought our LG refrigerator. We love the stainless steel exterior and most of all we love the way the shelves are located which gives us a lot more room inside than we had from our last one. The bottom freezer is perfect for our use. Great appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, after 30 years and three household goods moves (former military) we finally decided to purchase a new refrigerator (still working great, but for how much longer . . .?) and had to jump at this brand and model. We appreciate the features; although maybe we should have bumped up for a water dispenser on the door; filter for ice cubes makes no sense if you take water from an unfiltered kitchen sink tap. Great for older knees and ADA functionality not having to squat and find items in the bottom rear shelves any longer, everything is in view. Thank you LG for your excellent products! I would recommend adding a gasket or bumper at the back of the freezer drawer(s) so you don't hear the slamming plastic sound every time you close the freezer drawer(s). Not sure how long this will last without cracking/breaking?

This one seems to have nice features seems more roomy inside. I like that the front of the fridge Is fingerprint resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for a few weeks now and it's more than expected. It has lots of room for big items, drawers are great with humidity control. The little reminder bell about closing the door is great. It's not too huge and looks very good in my small kitchen. The ice maker is more than adequate so will never run out of cubes.
