The design of this AC unit is beautiful, simple, and functional. It definitely cools my space better than any other I've had. There was an issue with my original unit, but Windmill support made sure I received a replacement quickly, and working with support was a superior customer service experience. I love my Windmill!

Love this company and the machine! Customer service has been top notch. I love the functionality of the AC unit and the fact that it blends in so well. One of my favorite features is the Wi-Fi/App, I can easily adjust the temperature in my sons room without waking him up. We loved the first unit so much that we purchased a larger second unit. I purchased my Windmill A/C unit and installed as soon as it got here. It is so quiet when it’s running you hardly know it’s there. It’s small in size and for the windows perfect. It took my daughter and her fiancé less then 30 to install. I love it.

I was looking for a clean, minimal style air conditioner that wouldn't take up a ton of room or make a lot of noise like my previous units. My new Windmill unit has been a dream. It's modern, stylish, and the noise level is low. I also love controlling it from the app when I'm out and coming home. Highly recommend!

This is our second windmill- we bought one in 2022 for our daughter’s nursery, and another this year for our bedroom. Both are the smallest version. They are great. Attractive as an AC unit can be, relatively quiet, able to be controlled remotely via app (great to turn on when you’re on the way home!), and best of all- they don’t beep when you push buttons or change settings, so ideal for a nursery!

Set up was pretty straightforward , and actually easier than my old window units. I am still unsure how to install the carbon filter : there was no illustration or description of which side of the filter should face outward/inward. Other than that, it was easy breezy!

Happy I made the purchase, this AC is nice and quiet and keeps my house nice and cool . I especially like the app with the ability to control it from wherever I am. I would like to thank Windmill for taking the time to make such a quality air conditioner.

The Ac is quieter than anything else that I have owned. The installation is as time consuming as any other window AC. The side brackets are ok but can only be used once as you have to cut them with the scissors to make them fit re-installing them would not work.

I love the look of the air conditioner. The install was very simple thanks to your detailed directions. BUT! It’s much louder than I expected. The only time it’s quiet is in the fan mode. All other modes come with a high pitched ring that is almost unbearable to me. So… not in love with this but also don’t want to deal with a return. Maybe there’s something wrong with this unit?
