Who knew I’d be singing the praises of a window AC unit?! Windmill air is the best. Hands down. No lie. 10/10 recommend. Not only did their stellar customer service team respond to my inquiries quickly and effectively, but delivery was quick, installation was easy, and quality is top notch. My unit is quiet, cool, and cute - three descriptors that I never imagined I’d be using about a window AC unit. In fact, we might just buy an additional unit for another room. They are used in an apartment in NYC. Crazy small windows. They installed easily, they look fantastic and they completely cool the aprartment. I say they as I installed 2. Very happy with the whole process, from ordering, delivery, installation and how they work.

We opted for the whisper technology upgrade. It’s very easy to install- my husband had ours installed & set up & running in less than 20 minutes. It is SO quiet- husband says it’s bad because he can now hear the rain on the unit- it’s fine he is NOT a light sleeper! And COLD! We thought our old one was cold… but apparently not so much! Our previous unit was 17 years old and ran fine until we bragged on it- then POOF it stopped working. Things have definitely changed in 17 years! We are still in our first week of ownership, but we like it, and the app is sweet!!

we have storm windows and unfortunately had a terrible time with install! we looked everywhere for a full installation video, but found they skipped over dome of the useful parts. in the future, a full install video would be really helpful. now that it’s installed, it looks great and works great.

definitely as advertised it is quiet and very cool. Do you have a trouble with the remote the battery was a little weak replace the battery and now it’s working well. Also, if you have an old home with old windows, I suggest you tighten up all those gaps and those windows because it will rattle the windows but once you do that, it’s very quiet overall I would recommend this air conditioner, especially if it’s in your bedroom

The Windmill unit is aesthetically designed inside as well as outside the window. The side panels operated smoothly and the insulating covers not only completed the design but fit snugly with no cutting or alterations. The learning curve for set up and operation of the Windmill is minimal to non-existent for those who fear setups. The unit cools effectively and quickly. The sound is a soothing hum not a vibration. It is sort of a “white noise” that you do not really notice except maybe when it reaches set temperature and turns off. I am pleased with my purchase including the very fair price for an outstanding product. Thank You!

I purchased my Windmill A/C unit and installed as soon as it got here. It is so quiet when it’s running you hardly know it’s there. It’s small in size and for the windows perfect. It took my daughter and her fiancé less then 30 to install. I love it.

Surprisingly quiet: Once it gets going it makes about as much noise as a table fan set on low, if that. Installation is a breeze, and the pre-installed baffles to block the rest of the width of the window make that part very simple: you just pull and you’re done. The panels that overlie the baffles are very easy to place, and make the window look far nicer than other window boxes. The app is very easy to use, and we are extremely pleased with our new air conditioner.
