Looks nice but does not cool off the room quickly or efficiently and it’s just as loud as every other air conditioner.

Not worth the hype.

Can't get a human being to help. Ordered directly from the company site. Told the chat bot the correct dimensions. It insisted the units we purchased would fit but the instructions say otherwise. Don't know how I will be able to return such large items. I have Multiple Sclerosis and need proper cooling to function. I am physically challenged. This experience is becoming a nightmare.
