The AC is amazing (and so pretty to look at), but Windmill's customer service is honestly top notch. Definitely recommending to everyone I know!

The Windmill is super quiet and cools better than any of the huge/loud units we’ve had. Added bonus- it looks better too! Highly recommend!

Looks great and works great. Super easy install. Only the WiFi/app is a little glitchy as it keeps automatically setting the temperature to 60F.

Can't get a human being to help. Ordered directly from the company site. Told the chat bot the correct dimensions. It insisted the units we purchased would fit but the instructions say otherwise. Don't know how I will be able to return such large items. I have Multiple Sclerosis and need proper cooling to function. I am physically challenged. This experience is becoming a nightmare.
