Order went smoothly for me. I submitted my order and then received the gift card codes in less than an hour. It’s easy to access them, print them off, and/or email them to someone else. Not sure why all the other reviewers had such trouble lol

Despite reading the most recent negative reviews I took a chance and ordered this. I did receive the codes, however I was extremely alarmed after purchasing. You would think a code would be delivered to you email almost instantly. For some strange reason it took over 24 hours for the gift card codes to come into my email. So I am happy to get the discounted price on the gift card, but it’s unreasonable to send a digital redemption code over a day later.

Sam's Club canceled after purchased confirmed. No reason. Why is this Xbox 2 x $50 gift card available for purchase if it just gets canceled? It should be removed from website if no longer available. Based from other reviews I am not the only person that has experienced this problem.

You guys canceled my order for no reason. Chat support couldn’t figure it out either and told me to try buying again. It’s limited to 2 per account. So since it was cancelled on your end the system thinks I already bought 2 and won’t let me try again. Called phone support and the guy wasn’t helpful at all. Said I’d have to purchase elsewhere and he didn’t seem to care. Just became a member today and this was my first experience with y’all. Not good….

Be careful with the Xbox $100 gift cards digital. When I clicked on the Sam’s Club email it brought up to click on view digital cards. Then an unprotected website then asked for you to continue then put in your email address. Then gift cards come up for you to use. I got the gift cards . But after I entered the cards my email stop working and was locked out. This was email address for Sam’s Club ( SamsClub@e-deliverygroup.com) Will not let me input pic of website .

Order cancelled immediately without a reason given. Live chat agent unable to resolve. Stated it needed to be escalated to specialty team which wasn't immediately available nor did she have the ability to transfer the chat to them.

Cancelled like all the others have said.

I’m adding my one star review to all the others who have experienced this same issue. My money was refunded without issue, but there definitely seems to be an issue with purchasing this particular product.

That card didn't work and I just lost money!!!

As others stated, canceled after the order. If Sam's isn't going to sell the cards, don't put them on the website
