The package arrived intact. The rug was rolled loosely around a tube and I was pleased that it laid flat almost immediately. The carpet is quite soft and silky. I was afraid at first it might be slippery but that hasn't been the case. One concern I have is durability. Before I laid the carpet down in my laundry room I had it sitting on a table and my cat snagged the binding and some of the threads pulled out. Fortunately they don't go in there often.

This rug is really beautiful (I got the gray/blue color). I was surprise how soft and flexible it was! I did wash it once and a thread along the side hem/stitching pulled which made the entire side curl up. I was able to stretch the hem and it went back to its original shape. Overall, very happy with this rug- I even bought 2 for my mom and my dogs love it too!

I really like this rug! I was looking for something that could be washed and Ruggables are really expensive! I have a small 3X5 of this brand, and it washes wonderfully, so I decided to get this one! I couldn't be happier with it. I did put a thin rug pad underneath so that it wouldn't slide. Great price and quick shipping!

I'm impressed with this washable runner for the price of $29.98. Since it is washable, it is not bulky or thick. I loved that it is very soft to the touch and has nice bound edges. The color I picked is called "green" and looked great in my laundry room. It will not show dirt easily. Another nice feature is the backing. It is somewhat tacky to keep it from slipping, but you could easily add a non-slip product underneath.

I liked these so much that I ordered several more. I haven’t washed them yet so I don’t know if the edges will curl on me like some other reviewers have experienced. I do know that lay flat perfectly right now and they are super soft underfoot. I have the the Sienna pattern and they are beautiful.

This runner was perfect for what we needed. We also bought the bigger rugs and the door mats of the same style and color because our dogs were slipping on our hard floors and hurting themselves. These did the job perfectly, they are lightweight and quite thin but stay in place with the rubber backing and the best part is they are washable. The small runners and door mats will fit in the washing machine but I will have to take the bigger rugs to the laundromat and use their bigger machines. Our dogs love them, they can lay anywhere they want now and don’t slip when they are running around. The price was great, we bought the big rugs at our local store and ordered the others online. As usual, the delivery service was great.

We have this rug leading into our bedroom because it is so incredibly soft! It feels as soft as microfibers so we didn't want it to get filthy with fresh tracked shoes from outside. This rug also has really good gripping on the underside so it doesn't slip or move when the kids and animals run on it.

I love this new rug! I have the blue runner and have it in front of my sliding glass door. The rug is so soft and stays in place which I really appreciate. My pets like it too! I haven't had the opportunity to wash it yet but do like that is made to go in the washer too.

Love these rugs! I was looking for a new "washable" rug and these just fit the ticket! (full disclosure - haven't had to wash yet.....). I purchased the large size, a runner and a small one for my bathroom. They are so soft! Low pile but vacuum works and so does Roomba! If I don't have to throw these away when my doggos have accidents, I can buy them more treats :)!

This runner rug is definitely a 5 star product. The rug has very soft mute colors. The rubber backing is breathable but sticks well to the floor and has a nice weight to the rug. You can easily wash in a washer. It is a nice addition to a hallway. Would love to see the rug come in extended lengths for a stairway runner.
