I was so excited to finally try this stuff and elevate my baked goods. But, I am very disappointed. By itself, it tastes like sweetened plastic and the texture is not a paste. It is a gel. I was hoping that once baked into my cookies it would be ok but, no. They tasted off.

It is not so strong but does have the ground bean specks in it similar to vanilla bean ice cream.

Perfect for my recipe . Have been making lemon 🍋 Possets. 😋

My Mom loves the vanilla taste. She puts it in her egg custard as a special treat.

This is more expensive than regular vanilla but very much worth it!
