Bought this as a gift to myself. I used to have Spotify for free with Att but they got rid of it. I’m used to not paying monthly after so long. Figured this would work

I purchased a Spotify EGift card from Sams club online on 11/28/18 as a gift Christmas for my son. My son purchased a subscription to Spotify, unknowing I had purchased this for him as a gift. We did not redeem the the pin or activate the $60 gift card. We contacted Samsclub.com by chat and we were told that it was non refundable even though it had not been activated. It was a waist of my money.

Spotify accounts are supposed to come with 15 hrs of audiobook play per month, but if you purchased your account with a gift card, you aren't eligible for any audiobooks. This card will save you $20 over a year if you purchased the $99 card, instead of paying $10 per month. But since you aren't getting the full services, it's more of a rip off than a savings.

I buy this every December. It's the only way I can afford Premium.

Can not use this with Premium Family accounts or with any other type of discount (be advised).
