The $99 gift card for 12 months is the best deal out there for personal non-student accounts. Sam's did have this deal for $84 in November 2019, however, I haven't seen one since. I have purchased the $99 gift card for two years now to extend my Spotify subscription and have not had an issue redeeming on the Spotify website.

Redeemed the $96.98 in Aug 2021, hoping to use it for family plan for the year, but it only covered 8 months thru Mar 2022 and they started charging me for $15.99 per month starting April 2022. So, you are saving $3.87 for those 8 months ($12.12). But is it worth getting another gift card?

Not a 12 month as was informed

For some reason, I had a lot of trouble getting this gift card delivered, and I had to reach out to customer service multiple times to get it finally delivered. But once delivered, it worked perfectly (I purchased the annual gift card that gave me a year of Spotify Premium - Individual Plan). So set your timing expectations accordingly, but otherwise works well and a great deal!

STOP! Do not buy these gift cards from anyone, anywhere!! My son has a Spotify account that includes Hulu, GC could not be applied. There are so many exclusions on the type of accounts you can use these for, it's absurd. In our case, Hulu was not even listed as excluded, we were informed AFTER THE FACT. I have no doubt with all the screen shot proof I have, my credit card will issue a credit, but it sucks I have to go through so much work. Run far away from these cards!!

Y’all shouldn’t be mad you guys have a student deal 5$ a month for Spotify plus Hulu and a free goggle nest be grateful of course you can’t use the gift cards caused you already have a altered account which bonus features regular accounts can use the gift card no family plans no student discounts work for the gift card

I had read bad things about getting a Spotify gift card code emailed to you so I decided to head into my local Walmart and get a physical card thinking I would have better luck that way. Well no, the gift card will not work and what is worse than that is the fact that Walmart can't do anything about it and Spotify has absolutely no customer service to speak of. For the past 3 months I have been trying to get this situation with the gift card resolved with no luck. My suggestion is to never buy a Spotify gift card online or in the store.

I was under the assumption the digital email would be faster nope 1 to 48 hours wait. When checking out it said date of purchased not 1 to 48 hours.
