It's pretty fast & ok. I added soy once and another time sweet & sour. I think it was a little bland with sauce supplied.

I like this, and it couldn't be easier to prepare, although I don't cook it (or anything) in plastic. Microwave it in glass or ceramic.)

This is a great way to break up with expensive take out. Frozen fried rice + frozen orange chicken + frozen brocolli. My family of 4 can eat in for about the price of 1 take out meal.
