It's very good. Chicken is good and doesn't have that rubbery taste that some frozen chicken has. BUT the portions are pretty skimpy, more of a "lunch portion." When I bought it, I thought six packs-meant six dinner-sized meals. But not really. If you have a family of four, the box provides about 1.5 meals.
