Gate was like my previous purchase, but the latch at top was different. This gate only opens in one direction. Worked for my situation.

My husband and I are very tall so not having yo bend down so low like others to unlock is wonderful!

The gate was easy to install but the door needs to be wider. I have to turn sideways to go through it.

I hate this thing. It is way too skinny for a normal doorway. It is also very flimsy compared to my old Safety 1st baby gate.
