This easy open gate was taller than my older pressure mounted gate. I put this gate in the playroom door way and it works just fine. a least my almost 5 year can not climb over it now.

The description says 41 inches tall, but it is not. It is 36 inches tall. I purchased two to contain my dog, but had to return them both. Wasted my time.

Delivery was fast! The price at Walmart was much cheaper than anywhere else. When installed correctly the gate Is very sturdy. The opening is a little narrow...so if you have some girth you'll have to go sideways when you walk through it.

We bought this product to go on the bottom of our stairs so our children and foster children can't climb and get hurt!! The gate is styleish and easy for adults and older children to use!!

I did like that it extends, but the plastic covers dont always keep it secure a few times it got knocked down. i am trying it with out the plastic covers and having the rubber part up against the doorway.

I wish the gate was wider, I have to turn sideways to get thru. A few of us tried to put the pin in the top and can't get it to go all the way in. The latch takes some getting used to also, I wish it was more like my other gate.

I rated this gate 4 stars only because the opening to walk threw is kinda small and if your a heavy set person it can be tight fitting threw the opening. I love the how high it is. But other than that, I do love it...

Not impressed, my 2 yr old daughter broke this pressure mounted gate down in under 5 minutes. It's tall so would work well for pets probably that are not big pushers jumpers. Did not work for the purpose I purchased for though.

Using this for a pet gate. The height is great and the slats are small enough our 7 month old 16lb. Poodle can not get his head stuck. Tried 2 other gates which did not work. The swing opening us much better than having to step over a gate.

Studies show that three of four cats find this gate sufficiently high to keep them out of the renovation area. The fourth cat is always causing problems, and had to be dissuaded using a spray bottle.
