Excellent option for pets. We bought this to use at the top of our basement stairs while transitioning a new kitten into our household. The gate is tall and sturdy while allowing us to easily open and close it.

I did like that it extends, but the plastic covers dont always keep it secure a few times it got knocked down. i am trying it with out the plastic covers and having the rubber part up against the doorway.

Easy to install. Nice and tall so our big dog(great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd) cannot jump over it; although he Could push through it if he was highly motivated. The door opens and closes easily. The door opening is rather small.

Using this for a pet gate. The height is great and the slats are small enough our 7 month old 16lb. Poodle can not get his head stuck. Tried 2 other gates which did not work. The swing opening us much better than having to step over a gate.

was very pleased with the price and quality. the only thing i was disappointed in was that i had to use screws on my doorway to keep gate in place, everything was supplied. overalll it has been a great purchase.

would be a better gate but for someone that rents u cant screw in the stops to it as it would put holes in the door jam and without them it slides out and falls out of door way but it is sound and does what it to do

The door is really narrow but works well for the price. If using it for children I thing I would get a sturdier one. Mine is for occasional use for my dogs.

We needed and extra tall gate and this one fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to install (took like 2 minutes) and has protected our home office from unwanted children and critters.

The gate is a good buy, but for toddler you have to screw it into the wall. The gate will not open if it is tight enough where my 2 year old cannot knock it down when she is angry, unless I mount and screw it into the door frame.

Its pretty rugged ,but you can not secure the top of the gate like it should be Had to improvise with a eye hook, s hook and a electric ties (zip tie) It seem to work and it only cost under 5.00
