Exceeded my expectations for my trip to Europe. Durable exterior, spacious inside, smooth-rolling wheels. Will be buying more to replace other suitcases.

Great buy and a gem for traveling. Had to purchase a second one for the wife as she liked mine so much. Perfect size with nice compartments for carry on travel.

Just received. Fast shipping. Looks well made. Wheels smooth. Set lock no problem. Telescoping handle seems sturdy and operates fine. We will see if it stands the test of time and use. Have 1 question. Why is there a zipper on bottom liner that you have no access to? It's inside out. See photos.

Took a gamble on these as they were only online for purchase and couldn't see in person. Bought one for each of my parents as well as myelf for a short direct flight as checked bags. My mom is handicapped and this was easier for her. Wheels glide smoothly on hard floor and carpet, not hollow plastic and have a soft "rubber" exterior to them. I am small woman at 5 feet 98Ibs and was able to roll two of suitcases, back to back, through the airport and parking garages with one hand easily. The handle is sturdier and the rods from the pull handle are thicker then others I've seen. I like the grab handle at the bottom of the suitcase as it does make it easier to close the zippers and carry. No issues with the TSA locks and instructions to set a new pin were easy enough to follow from the guide. We purchased the black, purple and neutral colors. All held up well on both our departure and return flight, no dents upon picking up at baggage claim, but just some scuffs on the neutral color. To be expected ofcourse. Both of my parents luggage were also expanded on our flight back home and they were in one piece. Can't wait to use for my next trip!

While I got the two piece Members Mark luggage set, the carry on in that set, is identical to the carry on here. I rate this carry-on 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. The QUALITY is not just good, but OUTSTANDING. This is apparent especially on the inside of the luggage. 2. The carry on luggage is expandable. 3. It has Attention to Detail! It has superior lining, a pocket for toiletries, comes with free bag tags and thin bag for placing footwear, etc. 4. It is made of 100% polycarbonate so it is stronger and superior to ABS and polypropylene. 5. It offers unmatched value at this price point. 6. It is the largest size luggage you can carry on board (but who knows if low cost carriers like Spirit may give you a hard time?) 7. My recommendation on color is to ONLY get the darker colors - blue, black and purple and avoid the lighter colors of pink and neutral since those will likely make dirt and scruffs, if any, highly visible. 8. This carry-on luggage is superior to the other Members Mark luggage with a USB port. Why? The carry on here (without USB) has more room (volume) to fill it with your own clothes, etc., and you will want the maximum space/volume in a carry on.

I purchased this one and the Member's Mark Hardside Carry-on Pro Spinner Suitcase (the one with the USB port). I ended up using this one due to the amount of space on the inside. Don't get me wrong - they are both the same dimensions on the outside. This one has more "bulk" storage inside. The other one loses some inside space due to the storage space needed for the front pocket. This one is great for someone who needs to store clothes and necessities for a week trip (still packed tight - its a carry-on!), as there is more room on the inside. It fit completely fine in overhead of the small jet I traveled on with United Airlines.

I have been buying Samsonite luggage for over 20 years and have seen a sharp decline in quality with suitcases breaking after a short time. I decided to roll the dice on these with the idea that they are so inexpensive I could buy a replacement during the trip and still come out on top. Right away they seemed a lot sturdier than our Samsonites. All 4 combinations were easily switched from the default and we loaded them up tight with a lot of weight. I had read that the streets and sidewalks in Rome, Florence, and Venice were notoriously hard on luggage but I really didn't think it could be that big of a deal. They are indeed as bad as they say but despite constant "abuse" of the wheels all 4 were perfectly smoothly rolling through the airport when we got home. I even decided to give mine some extra testing. We had a duffle that weighed about 35 pounds that we attached to the top of mine. On our last day in Venice, my son and I would struggle to get it to the top of bridges and then I'd let it go down hard on each step. These are the newer bridges so I wasn't hurting anything historic. It was a lot of steps and it was rolling perfectly at the bottom of the last bridge, the glass one that is huge. Don't hesitate to buy them. All four of ours are flawless but if you're hesitant, buy some load them up and check for any defects. Goodbye forever Samsonite

I just received the Member’s Mark 22 inch hardside carry-on bag. The lock on this bag does not work. When set at the default setting (0-0-0) it does not open. Attempts to reset the lock, following the instructions given also failed to open the lock. Neither the reset button nor the opening button function as described in the instructions. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with no solution from Sams/Member's Mark. I would not recommend this bag because of this.

Used this carry on for one domestic and one international trip. It was used as a cabin bag so I can't attest to how it would hold up as a checked bag. The wheels rolled well thru the airports and city sidewalks. I liked that it could also be dragged and rolled on 2 wheels if needed. The handle is pretty sturdy and I had no problems retracting it too.

I really like this suitcase, just wished I had gotten both.
