These sheets are soft and I have loved them over the years but they definitely have declined. I bought a new pair in February and within a month they steered developing small holes on the fitted sheet, like other users have commented. I wish they would bring back the better quality. Sadly I had to return. I’ll be looking for my sheets elsewhere from now on.

At first touch, they felt a little heavier and less soft than I was expecting. I can definitely tell that they’re made with decent quality materials, though, and I’m hopeful that they’ll hold up well and last for a long time. Once I actually put them on my bed and slept on them, I was pleasantly surprised. They were noticeably softer and more comfortable than they felt when I first handled them. They also have a bit of that classic hotel sheet feel to them, which I think some people may enjoy. They’re definitely not bad sheets at all; I just didn’t find them to be anything particularly special or luxurious. I really appreciate that this set includes extra pillowcases. As someone who uses multiple pillows, I always love having extras. I also like the elastic on the fitted sheet because it helps keep everything securely in place while I’m sleeping. The price was probably the biggest surprise for me. While I understand the cost of just about everything has gone up these days, I was expecting a little more for the price based on my overall experience with the sheets. That being said, I think these are a perfectly good option if you’re looking for a durable, classic set of cotton sheets. They’ve become more of a backup set for me, but I still think they’re worth trying if you’re shopping for new sheets. You may end up liking the feel and quality of the Member’s Mark set much more than I did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Member's Mark 700 thread count Hotel Sheet Set is incredibly soft and does not disappoint. We have a thick mattress and the deep pocket corners of the fitted sheet slides on perfectly. The extra pillow cases are a nice bonus.

The first pair of sheets I bought was queen size for our guest bedroom. The second time I put the sheets on that bed, for a guest, I noticed these odd little 1-2" tears. My boys had just had a sleepover with a friend and used the guest room. And, sadly, I assumed that my boys had cut the sheets. They promised me they did not. But nothing else made sense to me. I was pretty mad at my sons. At the time, my twin boys were eleven. They, quite simply, knew better. Fast forward about nine months and I bought two sets of twin sized sheets for my boys' beds. After the second wash they alerted me to the fact that their sheets now had tears in them. I was livid. They swore every which way that they did not cut their sheets. But nothing else made sense. I promised them I would never replace their sheets if they were going to so belligerently disregard my efforts to buy them nice but simultaneously affordable things. Fast forward six months. I bought my first pair of king sized sheets for my bed. My husband and I were impressed. Soft, breathable, quality. We used to buy really expensive sheets from a department store. They ran $600 for a complete set, when all was said and done. About four years before all this with the Member's Mark sheets, we bought a replacement pair. The replacement pair was replacing sheets that were over 12 years old. The elasticity was gone in the fitted sheet and the idea of a fitted sheet staying on the mattress had flown out the window. The replacement pair was NOTHING like the original pair we were replacing. They were awful, in comparison. And absolutely NOT worth the price. So, here we are with our Member's Mark sheets. Right out of the wash they were amazing. Just like our original over-priced amazing sheets. But for a fraction of the cost. Thread count is a funny thing. Because over a certain number, thread count means nothing. In fact, over a certain number, thread count may very well mean awful sheets. And what that "certain number" is is different for everyone. For my husband and I, anything over 700 equates to bad sheets. These sheets were perfect. Not too hot. Soft, silky, amazing. Until the second wash. And I had slits at the foot of the bed. On my "husband's side". What was he doing to these sheets? Why would he cut them? Does he need a pedicure that bad that he tore the sheets with his "rough feet"? I was mad. I got a second set for our king bed. Yep. Second wash. Here we are again with 1-2" tears. This time it was on "my side" of the bed. I know I hadn't been playing with scissors in bed. I know my feet are soft and not eagerly awaiting the next pedicure (except, they always are). Well, we've had these sheets for a few years now. And the tears keep happening. I have apologized profusely for condemning my sons. And replaced theirs. More tears. It is so annoying. We won't be buying anymore. And now I'm trying to figure out a replacement. But it sure won't be anything Member's Mark.

They washed well and they do appear wrinkled in my picture but the wrinkles come out after a couple of nights. They truly compare to higher end stores! I will be recommending them and can see me purchasing another set when I need new sheets

The 700 thread count makes it feel super luxurious and being 100% cotton it's breathable without all the terrible chemicals in other materials. The fitted sheet has a very nice thick band which makes it putting it on the mattress a breeze! I'll definitely be purchasing more.

Seem to me nice material but way too large. I have a thick foam mattress that is a stretch for old fashioned queen sheets but the "fitted" sheet in this set is for a much deeper mattress. The fitted sheet is loose. The flat sheet is also too large. It hangs over each side more than a foot. Never got to trying the pillowcases.

Beautiful sage green sheets that are super soft and luxurious! I’ve been buying Member’s Mark 700-thread-count sheets from Sam’s Club for years, and the quality is outstanding. The deep pockets fit perfectly, and they hold up beautifully. I absolutely love these sheets! 💚
