I bought this stroller and I taught I found the perfect stroller but when I drive it the wheels go in a weird direction and mess up. I’ve tried everything to fix the situation but nothing works. I’ve contacted support and got a thank you for purchase and that was it. My stroller was scratched when I got it

First of all this is amazing travel set, like a stroller and carseat together 8 in 1 ! Couldn't get better. So much better than having to buy different add on on luxury strollers. Super easy to use, folding up, and doesn't take up so much space compared others. As well it's super lights and roomy to have for any extra things to not carry in arms. Definitely wish I had this with my first 2 . Would of save me headache. I love this stroller set, we got in black. Definitely it's must have affordable price for newly parents, can last for years for next future babies too. The quality of it is amazing, looks super luxury for such price. It's gorgeous.

I am a first time expecting mother and this stroller has me at ease and ready for my bundle of joy. There are many ways to adjust the carrier and you can even remove the carrier and use a traveling bassinet if needed. I'd recommend this product! #Sweepstakes

Safety 1st only offers replacement parts of little things like pieces to the wheels and other things? But if you need an actual replacement of a piece of the stroller, you're S.O.L. we need the child tray to be able to lock in the car seat and keep the larger piece with it. We would rather not have to keep track of it for years until our baby is old enough to need it. Sad that Safety 1st doesn't sell all replacement parts. You'd think such a big corporation would have thought about the possibility of someone losing the children. Will not use this brand again with another baby in the future.

I have tried many strollers over the years between my kids. If you are looking for a top of the line stroller- this is not it. However, if you need something that works without taking out a second mortgage, this is great. It has everything you will need without having to buy any "extras". It is lighter weight, but not enough to be considered "lightweight"- it won't blow over or run away in a strong wind. The infant car seat is an easy to install option and the ease of clicking it on the stroller is nice. The basket on the bottom is large enough to hold what you need, but nothing more. The parent and child cup holders are a nice added feature. The break system is decent, but I prefer other types, personally.

Love love love this travel system! The stroller has a lux feel but so affordable, lots of basket space and I love how easy it is to just fold and store or unfold and go! It's perfect for my infant who's car seat snaps right into the stroller and my toddler who just wants to ride when it's just him and I! Highly recommend if you'd like and affordable but durable option

It has multiple ways it can be setup, and the 3 different folding options are a great way to make the best use of space depending how you fold it. This stroller is absolutely amazing! It was easy to put together right out the box. It took at most 30 minutes start to finish. The infant seat is beautifully designed. It's nicely padded and has a large interior for baby to sit comfortably. The stroller itself has 8 modes, we used all of them for one reason or another and it was so convenient. This is one of the flattest folding strollers I've ever seen! You will not be disappointed! The stroller base fits nice and secure, as well as well as the car seat. It was easy to install in my car and it's the perfect size for any vehicle. The seat is also so lightweight that it's actually enjoyable to take along without the stroller. Buy this stroller! You will not regret it!

Amazing stroller!! Was gifted this from a friend when I was expecting. The stroller is super smooth to push and it’s so light I can fold it + put away in the car with one hand!!! It’s way better than my uppababy Cruz. That one was soooo heavy. You needed 2 hands to put it away - which is a big deal when you’re already holding a million things lol. This stroller includes a hard snack tray option to add on baby plus has one already attached for parents with 2 cup holders!! The uppababy you need to purchase these separately and they aren’t very sturdy. Highly recommend this stroller!!!

I am blown away by two things in regards to this stroller system, the variety of options and the price. This stroller is everything you need for a newborn all the way up to 4 years old and beyond if you wanted to. This is system is so versatile. It transforms into a baby bassinet, forward facing seat, backward facing seat, infant carrier only option, infant carrier clicked into the seat. And the best part, it is so EASY to remove and attach it any way you need it. Also, opening and closing this thing is a breeze. Only need one hand and it's pretty lightweight. It rolls with ease on asphalt but Not so great in sand and grass. It also comes with a parent and kids snack tray! The basket on the bottom is nice and wide and easy to get things in and out of! It also comes with the infant carrier base to easily get it in and out of the car! There are a couple things I found myself wishing it had, such has an adjustable handlebar since my husband is 6'4 and I'm 5'5 so the bar is a little low for his liking and I also would have liked a pocket to store the Manuel or wallet. But those things are certainly not deal breakers. Compared to other stroller systems on the market, this one definitely competes to a high end one that's 3 or 4 times the price! I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to any new parents.
