I rarely write reviews, but I thought this piece warranted it. There are a lot of parts to assemble, and I'm used to confusing directions and misaligned holes, but this arrived cleverly packaged, the labeling and directions were perfectly clear, and the pieces were all flawlessly aligned. The resulting workbench is great, and an unbelievable value at the price. I would highly recommend it.

We bought 2 of these Seville Classics UltraHD Rolling Workbench's from Sam's Club. The are well worth the money. We purchase them for the Tiles with Style showroom and homestead, here in TN. We have a small commercial kitchen where we process all of our foods for the year. These cabinets work perfect with any stainless steel decor. It was a flawless assembly process. They boxed the parts in order of the assembly, which made it super easy. It does take about 5-6 hours to assemble one cabinet, and you WILL need a second person to handle the top, and to flip over the cabinet, to screw on the wheels, and turn it over again. The castors are heavy duty; about 2" wide. They roll easily from one location to the other. They are in our living area that is connected to the kitchen, so we can easily roll one over into the kitchen for an extra work surface and easy tool access. The cabinets come with pre-cut shelf foam liner. Just slip them in place, and voila; you're ready to fill them up. We are very pleased and will probably order some other Seville Classic products. I would recommend purchasing them from a local store and not having them shipped. The boxes take 2 people to lift and they could get damaged along the way if shipped to your house.

I bought this to replace the small tool chest I had and I'm so glad I did. Lots of space and it looks great. I also love the hardwood top which I use to build models with my son. Draws are also very smooth which I love and on either side of the workbench, there are holes if you want to add pegs to hang items on the sides. Only downside is that you need to be careful putting this together as I was cut myself 4 different times due to the sharp metal parts that appear after you bend the draws to put them together. Once put together, not an issue. Also, check the delivery very carefully! This was not delivered by Sam's Club; instead, they used a 3rd party delivery service. My box arrived damaged. One of the drawer fronts was completing mangled. I had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part. Luckily, they were easy to deal with and the part is being shipped to me at no charge; however, the downside is that my workbench is not complete until the replacement part arrives which slows things down about 2 weeks.

While there were a LOT of screws to put this together, the instructions were very clear, and pieces marked well. Check all the parts carefully though and check the boxes as some pieces are "hidden" inside of others or in the packing material. When putting together make sure to only partially tighten and get all screws for the piece you are working on in first or it WILL make getting all the screws in harder later (I learned that the hard way) and then tighten completely. Even with that I had one corner that I just could not get ligned up right. This bench is VERY heavy, most of that weight is in the wood top. While one person could do a lot of this themselves, two people definitely makes it easier, and is needed especially when almost done and "flipping" upright. Personally I ordered an extra set of swivel wheels to make moving around easier.

Box was delivered with broken, open corners. Couldn't detect problems until we emptied boxes and sorted parts (took about an hour, 250 pounds) Assembled immediately, but took two of us hours to do. EIGHT PROBLEMS with construction, design, assembly. (1) back frame right corner was badly dented and bent; paint cracked and peeling as result. (2) right side panel dented and bent; won't accept screws to attach to back frame. (3) cross brace on left front panel badly bent and twisted, so drawer won't close. (4) bracket on large drawer that attaches drawer front to side is broken; drawer broken. (5) 4 pre-drilled holes with anchors were drilled a full inch too far inside from the corner of the front frame; they were correctly drilled on left side, but not on right; so right door can't be hung. How could the factory do this??? Unfathomable. (6) roller bearing on top right drawer bent so badly, drawer won't close. (7) roller bearings are pre-attached to frame badly; drawer "reveals" on front look very bad; not like in picture! (8) brake on one of the casters does not lock the wheel. We took pictures, but not wasting my time posting them here. Take my word for it--a shoddy piece of engineering and delivery! You might get lucky, but I doubt it. There are just too many things to go wrong. And if they can't even pre-drill the holes in the correct places, their quality control is abysmal.

Looks great and wasn’t awful to put together. However within a year the drawers stopped closing and opening freely, they all jam and stick and sometimes need slammed to close. Really a letdown, I’d love to return it and spend a bit more for a quality cabinet. Maybe Seville can tell me what to do?

I have put together grills, Ikea furniture, toys and many other things but this work bench was well organized and very straight forward to put together. The directions were clear, the parts were marked properly and it only needs a Philips head screw driver and wrench which they supplied. You can also use a power drill with an extended Philips bit but make sure to put it on low speed to avoid stripping screws. You will also want to use the provided screwdriver in the spots that are close to seams making it difficult to get your drill vertical. My only complaint was the delivery company leaned it against my front steps and put 2 good size dents in the back panel (at a seam of course) which I had to use a soft mallet to pound out. This unit is quality and they even include pads for the drawers so your tools aren't banging around on the metal. This piece is quality and very affordable compared to many others I viewed online.

The packaging is amazing. It will take you 20 minutes to get everything unpacked, but worth it to have everything undamaged. Easy assembly, despite others comments to the contrary. It takes some time, about 2 full hours from start to finish. Beautiful and sturdy. Should last for decades.

I bought this for my husband on line, well worth the price of 399.99 even with the $99 shipping charge, We did have a problem getting to some of the places where the area was so tight, he has big hands, even I had a hard time putting the small screws in but we managed, the drawers and doors fit great, nice looking work bench, great price I found nothing as good and price point like it locally and on line.

Well made product. Takes a couple of days for set-up. Only recommendation is that step #9, turning it upright should include "combined, the hardwood top and bottom frame is extremely heavy.. Highly recommend the removal of top from frame prior to up righting the unit". Really pleased with assembly instructions, just takes a bit more time to accomplish.
