Frame is sturdy overall. The bench is a bit narrow, but good for my purpose. Took a long time to assemble as there are so many screws. The packaging seems good, but I got small dents and scratches in a few drawers. QA needs improvement. Drawers are not sturdy and are not auto closeable. Okay for the price.

These things are time consuming to say the least as far as being built, but worth the effort. I am very impressed with the final product, and have bought several of these products for my shop. Every part is labeled very clearly, and the directions are well written and easy to understand.

I purchased two of these workbenches in April. I picked them up at my local store. They were very well packed. I did not have one piece that was bent, scratched or dented. All the pieces were very well marked and very easy to assemble. I only had one problem with assembly. The screws were very difficult to go in on one of the largest drawers. I had to get my husband to finish putting that drawer together. These boxes are very sturdy for what I need them for. I am using them for my embroidery and vinyl business. I love that both sides have holes like a peg board to hang items from as well. I was able to put these boxes back to back and put a large cutting mat on top for cutting material or vinyl. This was one of the best investments that I have made for my business besides my machines. I am not sure how well they would be for a commercial mechanic with tons of tools. However, I love them and am going to purchase the smaller cabinet to put my heat press on. I would definitely recommend this product for a hobby room, home garage or business like mine.

Hesitant to buy based on all the not so good reviews. My DIY level is not real high but I figured I could give it a shot. 5 1/2 total hours later, very pleased with the results. If you take your time and READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, you shouldn’t have any problems. All parts present. No missing or damaged pieces. Totally worth the effort and price. I purchased this storage bench and the tall cabinet for my garage workshop. Top quality and great (complex) assembly process. Everything aligned and the end result was well worth the effort! Appreciated the inclusion of pre-cut drawer mats. A magnetic screwdriver was also included, which I thought strange but really helped with some of the installation steps.

Purchased in store and assembled by my wife and I in about 4 hours. Packaging was efficient with each piece and all hardware clearly marked. Instructions were very thorough and easy to understand and follow. Extra hardware is included along with a wrench and screwdriver. All pieces fit together with very little drama. The only reason this takes 4 hours to assemble is that you have to build each of the 11 drawers along with the cabinet itself. The drawers fit nicely into the the cabinet slides and all drawers open and close smoothly. Rubber mats are included for each drawer (precut to size!). Great cabinet for the $$. There was absolutely nothing difficult about the assembly.

I first purchased this workbench for my kitchen 12 years ago instead of going with standard wood cabinets. Since then I have purchased another of these benches and the matching standing unit for my kitchen and I love them. I have never had any issues and when my next kitchen remodel is due I will be purchasing the uppers to complete the set and I can’t wait.

Went together easily, excellent alignment of parts, good instructions. The security issue is this... The keys that came with mine happen to fit the other two shop boxes already here. The locks only keep the honest ppl honest, anyone who really wanted to could bypass them but still, that's a little disappointing. Minus one ⭐

Impressed with how nice this cabinet is. Smooth rolling drawers, even when loaded with heavy items. The assembly is well thought out and parts fit together without issue. It is a tedious assembly and you should plan on about 5 hours to complete the assembly. Take your time and make sure you do not cross thread the screws. When installing the drawer support frames to the front and rear frame, I found it easier to temporarily remove a couple drawer slides to access the mounting screws. It rolls easily, but it is really long and you need a lot of room to make any kind of turn. The wheel locks are difficult to reach for engagement, but once locked they hold pretty good. I was some reviews about the top being laminated, but the one I purchased has a stout butcher block top. I mounted a vise using carriage bolts and it's very solid. It was well packaged and I filled 3 contractor garbage bags full of styrofoam and plastic bags, plus the cardboard boxes, I am happy I bought this and would recommend it.

Looked at all the workbench on the market and this one surpasses all but you better be ready for a little frustration in assembling it.With all the screws, both items need to be perfect aligned before putting in a screw. Plus need some strong men to flip it over. Way better than those pre-made ones!
