A NOTE on the BACK SEAT COVER. It's a cover - it's velcro'd at the sides. Lift the flap from the bottom and the screw holes are easily accessible. Added benefit is that the flap covers the metal backing plate! Other than that, the instruction page was pictorial and easy to follow. I used the provided hex wrench and had no problem inserting all the screws. Chair seems comfortable. Some may not like the lumbar pillow, but you don't have to put it on. Chair arrived sooner than expected. In fact, Sam's Club notified me that it had shipped after I had received it. I got it on sale, and it's certainly worth its sale price.

This chair decides to automatically go down multiple times while sitting at the computer. Today it has done it 3 times since I last sat down. Also the chair looks like we have been scratching at it, obviously we are just sitting in it. I do not recommend buying this chair.

Not the best for people with back issues. Does not rock, and is not ideal for all day desk use.
