I cant really eat yogurts out the little cups they come in, idk if it's a texture thing or what but the only way I can down them is in little bottles like these. Which is why I love these!

I love activia, each bottle is just 18 calories, it helps with digestion, this product is really easy to find and it's cheap. The flavors are really good.
