I struggle eating in the morning so these are quick and easy to finish before drinking coffee. A little expensive but highly recommend to jump start your appetite.

Buy it! It is so good and convenient. I like strawberry much than other one. Although it is drink but it taste yogurt. So it is good for health. However, it is kind of cheap.

These are such great to go yogurts! I try to put something in my stomach before my coffee and these are 1. Soooo yummy! 2. Not too milky tasting and 3. The serving size is great its a shot of yogurt lol. Definitely try, they help my gut too!
