I should have been drinking these a long time ago they would have really helped me, they already have in the short time that I've been drinking them. They're not too thick and they're not too runny The consistency is just right and they're great to throw in your bag if you're on the go for a quick snack.

It does look weird in pictures but I’ve never looked at it that close. I feel like drinking one or two a day has been helping my stomach feel better and I have more energy. It is worth every penny! I am more of an ‘on the go’ person and I love smoothies so this is the best balance for me. I drink one before or after my Yoga class and it is so refreshing. There is a refrigerator there… make sure you keep them cold. I drink it in one gulp but I should stop and taste the strawberries! The small, portable bottles are convenient for on the go use. It’s too soon to tell if they have had a positive change in my digestion.
