I have one of these every day. Started them after taking a heavy duty antibiotic. I knew I needed to take probiotics to get my system back to normal. Continued to drink one with my breakfast. I can't get them at at my regular grocery store, so an added weekly trip to Walmart is a must! I love the strawberry flavor. I do wish they carried more flavors.
