I like the idea they include probiotics as my stomach has become sensitive with age. These are a little pricy but I guess everything else has gone up in price as well.

If you have tried the regular activia yogurt it’s tastes the same, just slightly less thick. This product is more for those who like to take their breakfast with them on the go. It comes in a cute small bottle. Now that I have found this product I will most definitely buy it again. Since trying to eat yogurt and drive is a difficult task and not safe 😬 don’t judge me 🤷🏾‍♀️

The billions of live and active probiotics were great on my stomach and left me feeling less bloated. These dailies are great alone on the go or to include in a smoothie. The flavors are delicious and I can’t wait to try other flavors. I highly recommend these Activia Dailes to everyone looking to incorporate probiotics for a healthier gut.

The strawberry was definitely our favorite, getting an overall rating of 4/5, while the blueberry flavor only got 2/5 because of the strange aftertaste. Activia dailies is an excellent source of yogurt cultures, I just wish it was lower in sugar (6 grams in a 3 oz bottle). In summary, the strawberry flavor is our favorite, which I will continue to buy and recommend to support gut health.
