I'm active all day long and appreciated the fact I could carry it in my purse. Loved the texture and real fruit taste. I was expecting a strong yogurt taste, but instead, it was smooth, rich, and creamy with a light strawberry taste. It was not overpowering and the individual bottles make it great for work, school, and outings. It is well worth the cost.

I honestly prefer these little drinks vs. the probiotic pills you can find in vitamin aisles. I’m not at all a breakfast person so this was something quick I was able to incorporate into my morning routine. They taste really good as well. If you have serious digestive issues, I would recommend having one in the morning and one at night. It does what it’s supposed to do. You won’t be disappointed.

I buy these to get extra nutrition into me as well as my vitamins that I have to take daily as prescribed. My body doesn't absorb nutrition from food, so if I can try anything to add, I will. These are the perfect size for me. The packaging is all recyclable, which is important for me to be able to get most items as I can to recycle to do my bit. The flavours are great. I thought that they may be sickly, but no worries there, they are great to drink. The flavours are stunning 100%. You can taste each one as if they were a normal yoghurt. You can not fault these, I just wish in the UK the cost was cheaper. That way I could buy them more frequently.

Both flavors, strawberry, and blueberry taste great. They both taste like milkshakes. The miniature size feels like a nice mini boost of sweetness that you don't feel bad about because you know you're drinking something that's helpful to restoring balance in your gut.
