Both of my favorite fruits in one! The yummiest way to get the good Probiotics. One a day and I feel like I am taking good care of my gut.

The strawberry was definitely our favorite, getting an overall rating of 4/5, while the blueberry flavor only got 2/5 because of the strange aftertaste. Activia dailies is an excellent source of yogurt cultures, I just wish it was lower in sugar (6 grams in a 3 oz bottle). In summary, the strawberry flavor is our favorite, which I will continue to buy and recommend to support gut health.

I had a blueberry drink with half a bagel for breakfast and got my probiotics and some calcium in my diet. It was a yummy treat and I would have it again. I liked getting a variety pack to try both the blueberry

I'm glad, because it turned out to be a great mix! These low fat yogurt drinks have a smooth, creamy texture, and they are just sweet enough. The flavor is really natural, and I love that each 3.1 oz. bottle contains billions of live and active probiotics to support gut health. I decided to layer them in popsicle molds with fresh berries, and I made the BEST frozen yogurt pops!! I'll be recommending these to everyone, and I'll definitely be purchasing them again!
