[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to take daily probiotic until a few weeks ago. Since stopping, i’ve noticed my regularity is not what it used to be. Today is day 5 of once daily Activia, an i’m back to where i used to be. Tastes great., This is not yogurt you would eat with a spoon. I normally top my fruit with it or dip into it. It can also be drank straight. This is much cheaper than the probiotic pills.

I have issues with my stomach and sometimes my feminine area and need to eat yogurt on a regular basis to maintain and balance everything. I think I’m gonna switch to these drinks and ditch trying to eat a whole cup of yogurt. Sometimes I don’t feel like eating it and it ends up going bad. But this is more convenient.

It’s easy to grab on the go and have fast due to its small size and easy for my 19 month old to drink and finish. Would recommend this to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice fruity fragrance and it taste delicious. Shake it well and there's no sediments on the bottom. However, there is yogurt near the top that's just sticks to the bottle. The drink is tasty and but sweet. It's is not watery not isi t creamy. It's about right in the middle. The functional benefit is hard to measure. The bottle is a a bit small.

I am a huge fan of these yogurt drinks , I pack one for lunch every day !i like how convenient they are, you can bring them anywhere! Both flavors taste amazing and are a prefect consistency , not too thick or watery . I love how it has probiotics and are low in calories ,I just wish they came in a bigger bottle because they're pretty small !
