They taste like liquid strawberry yogurt which is decent IMO but could be a texture issue for some. I like that they are smaller than the OG version which was basically a whole drink. This is more like two gulps and done. I’m a stomach issue girly that already takes pre and probiotics daily to stay regular and I feel like these yogurt drinks are helpful. (It’s not immediate but keeps you regular)
