I typically have a pretty healthy diet most of the time. I eat a lot of vegetables, grains, etc. but in the past few years whenever I eat loose leaf greens (fresh spinach, spring salad mix) it gives me really bad diarrhea for WEEKS. Even after I stop eating them. I double-wash my greens in a salad spinner and I still consume some sort of bad bacteria from it. I can handle a wide variety of other fresh vegetables, including iceberg lettuce and romaine, but loose leaf greens are notorious for carrying gut-disturbing bacteria on the small leaves. If it was just my body struggling to break down fibrous greens, I would have issues with all the other fresh produce I eat, but those never affect me. So, a while back I decided to try these Activia products in a desperate attempt to reset my gut health. Lo and behold, within 2-3 days of drinking two shakes per day, my bowels cleared up completely. I went from having watery bowels for weeks that made it impossible for me to even go out shopping to having very healthy poops again right after consuming Activia. I have tried other yogurts, even Greek yogurts, but none of them helps me at all the way Activia does. It truly blows my mind. I still eat those darn loose leaf greens sometimes since I do love them so much but it has reached a point where I know exactly what will happen by the time I polish off a container or a bag of them. If left untreated, if I don't use these Activia products, I quite literally have daily diarrhea for months. Believe me, I learned this the hard way. Twice. The first time, which lasted over two months, I was desperate for a solution and turned to Activia on a whim. The second time around, after one month of diarrhea, I listened to that little voice in my head telling me "maybe those Activia shakes will work again .. " and sure enough, they did. I highly recommend Activia if you are experiencing any type of digestive upset, especially diarrhea, when you cannot find anything over-the-counter to really help. These shakes, and the yogurts, are definitely worth a try. This is not a paid endorsement, but if it was, I'd probably set those funds aside to buy more Activia since I never learn my lesson and eventually eat more of those darn fresh greens. If I could give Activia ten stars, I would.

Check the expiration dates. I ordered delivery on the 29th of June. Decided to try something new, ended up getting so sick I checked their date and they expired on the 12th of June! Walmart clearly isn’t doing their job and pulling expired products off shelves.
