Tasty and have help my gut

I love these mini probiotics, they taste great and they really help my gut. My only complaint is that it doesn't matter if I shake it before drinking there's always some leftover stuck at the bottom. But other than that I have noticed a difference if I drink one a day. I usually take them in an empty stomach.
