It’s a good brand and I like it, just the packaging is horrible!!! Salt leaks everywhere and I mean everywhere!! Haven’t used very much, but sure have swept a lot off the floor.

Morton brand iodized salt has been a staple in our household for more than 5 decades. It was nice to find such a large box (4 pounds) to ensure that we have enough on hand for the coming winter.

I picked this up at their curbside pickup. Had a few things that I ordered online. When I reached home and unpacked my groceries and started carrying the box inside, salt came sliding out. I wish that whoever gathered my groceries checked that box for leakage before putting it in the grocery cart.

Iodized salt is important, tastes great in the right amount, and very convenient. The box tends to leak, and the spout is poorly designed. I cut a section of one corner and pour the contents into another container that is less likely to leak and doesn't have a flimsy pouring spout.

It has a lot of white powder in it. I put this salt in a cup of water to rinse my mouth and the water become very cloudy and has a lot of white residues in it. I tried different branch of salt, and they don't have this white powder. Not sure what they put in this Morton salt.

Box construction is poor which was determined by observed leaking of the salt. Most noticeable leaking points were at the lower four corners. They are now stored in a plastic box to catch the leaking product. These boxes are also missing a handy pour spout.
