very disappointed, the picture looked like the real thing.. the controllers not charge and buttons stick.. always stopping while playing games..not happy with product

Great item

Store didn't have it in stock. We purchased it through the App while we were at the store shopping. After we checked out through their App (on our cell phone) we went to the caged area to get the item. Lady said they didn't have it. So we had to go through the receipt line and come back in to go to the service desk and wait another 10 minutes to get a refund of an item we never received! I guess if you want to purchase an electronic item through their App, it would be wise to first check if it's in stock before going through all that (especially since their warehouses are always so busy)

As if the Nintendo Switch wasn't fun enough, these colorful controllers add an added layer of joy!! Love these!!!

I mean, they're nintendo branded, they're new. They pair right to the device as soon as attached. No problems. We have the OLED model, works perfect.

I like the neon colors and it works well for the games I play. The joycons and box looks brand new. I bought this to replace a smashed joycon.

Basic decent controller thought I was buying the one off the shelf from Walmart. Not totally your fault. Just a little surprise.
