This pergola, along with the shipping time & process of ordering has not disappointed. It is an awesome addition to our backyard patio. Quality materials and detailed instructions. We are actually looking to purchase a second one to go over a hot tub.

I decided to tackle putting it together and the instructions were great. Followed them step by step and it turned out perfect. All items were as marked and made the instructions easy to follow. I did want mine a little higher so built the forms an additional 12 inches up. I also wanted it covered so we could sit under it during weather and direct sun. We used tinted clear pvc roofing panels layered and held in place with roofing screws. We are very pleased and wish all DYI projects were this easy.

Purchased this in June 2022 and my wife and I assembled the entire thing. It's not difficult just time consuming. It took us about 10 hours but again not difficult to do. The instructions are well organized. We put together most of the pieces in the garage and carried them to the back yard for total assembly. We have at least 5 neighbors who have asked questions and compliments us on it. We installed some roll shades as well for the afternoon sun and it's perfect. I expect to do a protectant stain coat this teak to keep the color so the cedar doesn't start looking gray like cedar does when it's weathered. Keep in mind this is Chinese cedar which is a bit different than American red cedar, but for the price, and knowing what you're going to get, you can't go wrong.

Just got this erected last week and couldn’t be happier. I had someone do the installation, but it was fast and had all the parts/good instructions. My carpenter said he could not have bought the lumber for this price and I saved a bunch on labor since all the wood is pre-cut. I do recommend sealing it before putting it up to avoid having to contort on a ladder. Now if my furniture would just arrive!

I am really happy with my pergola. It was easy to assemble and provides nice shade to the area we put it. If you have it delivered to your house, you definitely need someone or two people to help unload. The driver isn't allowed to help. Just an FYI. Also, definitely takes at least two people to put together.

Purchased this item two weeks ago. It arrived within one week of purchase. All items were in good order with the exception of one board that was damaged. Requested a replacement which came within 3 days. Very good service. It took quite some time to seal all the boards before assembly but was glad I did. Took two guys to install that took about 10 hours to complete. Love the pergola. It is a very nice accent to my back patio. Very sturdy.

We were disappointed with the size. Dimensions were not the undercover dimensions as we thought it would be so rather small to be quite honest. My husband had to use more tools and drill some holes bigger than allowed to make things square up and line up properly. It took all day and into the night to assemble; roughly 8 hours. Two friends stopped by and helped us with the top portion assembly. Each piece was nicely identified; however, some boards were warped. Not solid cedar so not expecting product to have a long life. False advertising in my opinion. Cedar coating on plywood disappointed us tremendously.

Added this to our new patio in front our house. Adds beauty as well as functionality as an outdoor dining area. Only positive feedback from all that walk by.

We have had our pergola for about 9 months now and it is just as beautiful now as it was when we first purchased it. Adds so much to our new patio. Love it!
