Very good texture. I use this instead of heavy cream when making Alfredo and it’s a healthier choice. The flavor is still very bold and the freshness is there! Packaging for the block is non reusable, so it’s best to use it all with a single meal.

Like two heads is ALWAYS better than one , the same goes for the twin pack of cream cheese. Use one for a salmon spread and the other for morning bagels and fixings. Double the packs double the goodness

This is by far my favorite cream cheese. I have tried the flavored ones but the consistency isn't the same. Not sure why? This one has an almost tangy flavor but cheesy.
